Break your study into 25-minute blocks with 5-minute breaks (Pomodoro). Your brain retains more when it gets regular rests.

Write summaries in your own words after each topic. If you can explain it simply, you actually understand it.

Test yourself with flashcards or past papers — retrieval practice beats re-reading every time.

Study the hardest subject first when your energy is highest, usually in the morning.

Put your phone in another room. Even having it face-down nearby reduces your ability to focus.
